If you need to cancel your booking more than 48 hours before the scheduled tour date, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel between 48 and 24 hours before departure, you will receive a partial refund of 50% of the amount paid. However, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour date, as well as no-shows on the day of the activity, are not eligible for a refund.

In certain exceptional situations beyond your control (particularly in the event of adverse weather conditions, security constraints or unforeseen events affecting the running of the tour) KARUMAZING may offer, depending on the circumstances, either a postponement of the activity or a refund for services not provided.
